Wiley’s Pasta has been in business for over 22 years. It was started by Terry Wiley as a wholesale pasta business run out of the back of our current location. At that time he had one pasta machine and wanted to bring the idea of fresh organic pasta to Ashland Oregon. Overtime the space grew and so did the business, growing from small lunches to the full service restaurant it is now.

Our products are organic and natural, purchased from local growers and suppliers as seasons dictate. We use fresh organic basil as it comes off the field in late summer early fall for our homemade pesto. We make fresh daily our own Alfredo, Marinara, Desserts, Poppy Seed Dressing, Baked Bread, Raviolis and off course all of our other pastas.

We have been reviewed in the Mail Tribune, Healthy Living Magazine, Ashland Sneak Preview and a host of other media outlets. We were voted the “Top Spot To Stop” and eat between Portland and the Bay area by AAA Travel Magazine. We were also voted one of the top 10 places to eat in Ashland by Culturetrip.com.

We are in the process of expanding our wholesale and retail divisions and are opening our second location in Medford, Oregon in May 2016. We plan on opening a number of additional locations in the new year. Stay tuned!
